About me
I‘ve always sought creative ways to express myself, and loved to work with my hands to bring my creative thoughts to life. For our wedding in 1992, I made my own tiara, a labour of love and joy which led to me develop my business of making wedding tiaras and jewellery for clients in Australia and all over the world for 14 years. I exhibited my tiaras in Perth Fashion Festivals where my work gained exposure and, as my clientele grew, so did my ambition.
My passion for jewellery and creativity spurred me to seek out more training. I attended TAFE classes to venture into silversmithing. This training unlocked a door to me and I could not help but step over the threshold…. I realised that my ambition was to work with all the precious metals, gold, silver, platinum and more, and to learn to set precious gemstones including diamonds, into my creations.
In 2008, I decided to embark on the arduous and rewarding journey of becoming a fine jeweller.
After many years of training, and achieving my qualifications as a goldsmith, I worked in the jewellery industry in Perth, specialising in pearl jewellery, and learning how to repair, rejuvenate and create all types of jewellery including custom-made engagement and wedding rings, bracelets, earrings and tiaras.
I now work directly with my clients, and specialise in handcrafted jewellery manufacturing and complex vintage repair using the skills I have learnt and developed over the years including traditional jewellers’ methods and of course, my passion for assembling jewellery that first sparked in me so many years ago.
“The satisfaction of having completed a piece of jewellery is the best part of my work!”
